Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in the sales process by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through research and various lead generation techniques.
- Conduct outreach and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of prospect interactions and report on key metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the US healthcare system.
- Fluency in English and proficiency with CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
