📈 Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Development Representative role. The Sales Development Representative will generate leads, contact potential customers, conduct inside sales, and drive business development. The role is based in Islamabad, but the candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely for some portions of the role.
✅ Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the Software Development Outsourcing space is a must.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities for the company.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas easily.
- Inside sales and lead generation experience required.
- Self-starter who works well independently and in teams.
- Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills in sales and business development.
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
- Product development industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
