Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for a Canada-based B2B outbound cold-calling campaign. The role involves making targeted outbound calls, establishing rapport, presenting services, handling objections, negotiating deals, updating call records, and meeting daily and weekly targets.
Requirements: minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience, strong spoken and listening English (B2+), persuasive negotiation skills, comfort with B2B sales, ability to work the night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM), and a goal-oriented, persistent attitude.
