Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with technical issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to customers with high-quality interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and maintain records in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- 0 – 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in sales performance, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for mutually beneficial deals.
