Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Manager to lead and expand our APAC SDR organization. The ideal candidate will build pipeline, set regional targets, align playbooks with sales and marketing, and coach a distributed team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Responsibilities: Manage and develop a high-performing SDR team; implement metrics-driven processes; optimize multi-channel outreach; and coordinate across time zones to increase qualified leads and conversion rates.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in sales development with 2+ years in people management; proven coaching ability; CRM and analytics proficiency; excellent English and regional language skills; willing to travel within APAC.
