Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Scale up and manage large SDR teams, typically having headcounts of 30-50 reps.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of scaling up and managing large SDR teams (30-50 reps).
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive execution.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to ethical business practices.
