Role Description
This full-time remote role entails Sales Engineer responsibilities. The Sales Engineer will offer technical support, liaise with customers to understand their requirements, propose sales solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service skills
- Technical Support and Communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- Experience in Parking & ANPR software technologies and the security industry is advantageous
