Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at BlueProperties.com located in Islamabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and maintaining relationships with clients, showcasing properties to prospective buyers, providing market research and analysis, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and experience in real estate sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a willingness to learn
