Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Islamabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships. They will identify potential clients, present our services, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Working closely with the management team, they will develop sales strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong skills in sales and marketing with the ability to identify, target, and close new business opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the real estate industry in Pakistan and up-to-date with market trends and regulations.
- Customer Service Orientation: Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Organization and Time-Management Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
