About the Job:

As a Sales Executive at EvolveDash, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the management of existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
  3. Sales Negotiation and Closure:
    • Prepare and present proposals to clients
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  4. Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements/Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in IT industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
