Job Description
LAPS School Franchise Head Office is actively seeking a driven and competitive Female Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. This role will focus on identifying and researching potential markets for franchise expansion, as well as developing and executing strategies to attract new franchise partners. Responsibilities include generating leads through networking, events, online platforms, and cold calling, along with conducting market analyses and feasibility studies. The selected candidate will also maintain strong relationships with franchisees and work to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Qualifications include: a Bachelor’s or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, and 2-4 years of relevant experience in a reputable school. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
