Job Description
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Manager to ensure accurate and timely drafting of sales contracts. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular customer visits to build strong relationships as well as gain insights and information from them.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a stipulated time period by liaising with factory.
- Ensure sales inquiries, quotations, and sales contracts are created in SAP with all necessary information.
- Propose and prepare customer credit limits based on the G&T internal policy.
