Job Description
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities in the real estate sector. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Provide complete after-sales services to customers
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate would be a plus
- Experience and working knowledge of various real estate projects in Lahore & Islamabad
- Maintain a demonstrable track record of clients
- Strong verbal communication skills
