Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building a strong pipeline, managing the sales process, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing team, lead qualification team, and client success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Sales and business development skills
- Experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer orientation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Experience in HR or recruitment industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
