Job Description
New Era Industries (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to enhance our daily operations, meet sales targets, and devise strategies to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals, motivating and supervising the sales team, and regularly monitoring team performance.
Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, prospecting and nurturing customer relationships, and assisting management in developing effective sales strategies. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Compensation for this role ranges from Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month, with a contract duration of 12 months.
