Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, attend client meetings, and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the real estate, construction, or architectural design industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
