Ophth Pharma is a leading manufacturer and exporter of quality Surgical Sutures, specializing in U.S.P Sutures PGA, Chromic Catgut, Silk, Nylon, Polypropylene, Polyester, and Stainless Steel.
Role Description
This is a full-time field-based role for a Surgical Sales Executive, based in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying and prospecting new customers, presenting the features and benefits of our surgical Sutures to Surgeons in leading hospitals and clinics, as well as maintaining good relationships with ancillary staff such as OT Incharge and procurement staff. The role requires daily travel to meet clients and occasional attendance at events as well as meetings with management.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the surgical industry and suture products
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related qualification in healthcare field
- Proven track record in sales development in the surgical industry is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events is required
- Fluency in English and local languages is required
