Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role located on-site in Islamabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling PARADIGM GROUP OF COMPANIES’ green building services and products to potential clients. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining and building strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales in the construction industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in English, Urdu, and other local languages
