Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Rawalpindi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, prospecting new clients, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for preparing sales proposals and agreements, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience in real estate or related industry
- Deep knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Fluent in Urdu and English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
