Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive signups for our innovative Property Wallet Application. The primary responsibility will be to engage with real estate agents, educate them about the application’s features and benefits, and effectively communicate the value it offers for their property dealings. This role will predominantly involve fieldwork, with occasional office reporting to the manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with real estate agents to introduce and promote the Property Wallet Application.
- Product Education: Clearly articulate the application’s features, advantages, and packages tailored to meet the needs of real estate professionals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new signups and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales tactics accordingly and stay ahead.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, providing product demonstrations, and offering solutions that align with client requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate or tech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
