Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or SaaS. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, excels in business development, and has a can-do attitude. This role is fully remote and requires working in a US time zone.
- Salary Package: PKR 250k basic, plus commission and bonus.
- Location: Remote
- Timings: US time zone
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and engage with prospects consistently.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
- Negotiation & Closing: Successfully close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track sales activities and performance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in IT, software, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Ability to work remotely and independently with high productivity.
- Comfortable in US time zone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
