Job Description
Sepehr Realtors is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our real estate team. In this essential position, you will concentrate on customer acquisition and driving revenue growth, specifically in the booking of plots and files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Analyze client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Manage a qualified pipeline of leads for projects, including Blue World City and Kingdom Valley.
- Meet monthly sales targets while fostering long-lasting client relationships.
Compensation: Initially commission-based during the probation period, transitioning to a base salary upon successful completion. Earn Rs75,00 for every 3 bookings.
