Job Description
Solwave Energy Pvt Ltd is currently hiring experienced Sales Executives for our Rahim Yar Khan, Multan, and Lahore locations. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Generate leads, build a strong customer pipeline, and convert prospects into clients
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on the solar industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
- Sound knowledge of solar products, systems, and technologies
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
