Job Description
As a Real Estate Sales Executive at THE RES OFFICE, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic and competitive real estate market. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and executing a daily action plan, conducting comparative market analysis, generating property listings, and achieving assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating client needs and proposing suitable real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Action Plan:
- Develop and execute a daily action plan to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Set regular targets and milestones to ensure consistent progress toward overarching goals.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive comparative market analysis to assess property values and stay informed about market trends.
- Analyze data to provide clients with accurate and insightful information regarding property values.
- Property Listings:
- Generate fresh property listings through various channels, including networking, site visits, regular meetings, and cold calls.
- Showcase a diverse portfolio of properties to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points.
- KPI Achievement:
- Work diligently towards achieving assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to property sales, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Regularly evaluate performance against targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
- Client Evaluation:
- Evaluate client needs and financial capacity through thorough consultations.
- Propose the most suitable real estate solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
