Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Organic Sales: Develop and implement strategies to generate organic sales through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and others.
- Bidding Platforms: Utilize bidding platforms like Upwork to identify and secure new sales opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in organic sales through Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with bidding platforms such as Upwork.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Note: This position is exclusively open to candidates with prior experience in sales within the Design and IT sectors.
Timings: 9pm-5am (Night Shift)
