Job Description
As a Sales and Student Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our online courses while ensuring excellent support for our students. You will be responsible for driving course enrollments through effective sales strategies and addressing students’ inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our courses.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries through email, phone, or live chat.
- Assist students with the enrollment process, course navigation, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Provide guidance on course selection based on individual student needs and career goals.
- Gather feedback from students to understand their needs and preferences, and communicate this information to the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and student interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address student needs effectively.
- Familiarity with online education platforms and technology.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
