Job Description
We seek an experienced, energetic, and proactive Retail Head Manager to oversee daily store operations at Bahria Phase 4, Rawalpindi and/or F-7, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth shop operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and consistently drive sales while controlling costs and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel essential)
- Strong basic math and communication skills
- Results-driven with strategic planning and management experience
- Honest, personable, self-motivated, and passionate about music/musical instruments
Full-time, in-person role. Competitive salary package with commission and bonus. Pay: Rs45,00–Rs85,00/month.
