Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing proposals and pitches, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the execution of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership ability with experience managing a sales team
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in the media industry and knowledge of advertising and marketing
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
Experience leading sales in the media industry or knowledge of advertising and marketing will be beneficial. The Sales Manager must be fluent in English and Urdu, able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
