Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales to lead our efforts in the rotary pumps, turbines, and compressors market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing industry connections to drive sales and business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within industrial sectors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment (rotary pumps, turbines, compressors, or related products).
- Strong understanding of industrial and engineering markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Only candidates with relevant experience in rotary pumps, turbines, compressors, or related industrial sales will be considered.
