Overview:
Computan is seeking a results-driven, team-oriented Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively engage with team and customer prospects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and targets the marketing industry.
- Lead efforts to identify and engage potential clients, generating new leads through collaboration, market research, networking, and outreach.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase performance.
- Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market.
- Strong understanding of the target market and industry trends.
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proficient in English.
