Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating sales strategies, developing client relationships, maintaining sales records, and reporting sales performance to management. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients and managing existing client accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales management and strategy development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Experience in the education or consultancy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Urdu
