Job Description

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with all stakeholders and other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports to senior management.

Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.

Develop and manage KPIs for the Tele sales function.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Implement quality control measures for leads and sales to ensure they meet the required standard.

Be present to support and offer guidance to the team when needed.

Manage 1-to-1s, playing a key part in helping team members achieve their development goals.

Identify and develop team strengths while addressing weaknesses.

Lead the recruitment and induction process for new team members.

Organize and promote team initiatives, bringing new ideas to the table.

Handle disciplinary procedures and resolve potential conflicts.

Lead and assist with any projects where necessary.

Provide necessary updates and optimization of projects.

Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment and team spirit.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive work approach across all functions.
