Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting revenue targets, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and creating sales plans and strategies. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales data, prepare reports, and communicate with senior leadership to guide decision making.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients
- Experience in creating and executing sales plans and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights
- Strong leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the immigration or visa industry is a plus
