Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role at Green Star Fisheries. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is based in Karachi West District, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of the fisheries industry is a plus
