Job Description
HRSG is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager in Karachi, offering a competitive compensation package of PKR 150K – 170K, along with commission and additional incentives. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Call Centers or the Beauty/Aesthetics industry who are eager to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements: A BBA/MBA or equivalent degree is required, along with 5-7 years of sales experience, particularly within Call Centers or the Beauty sector.
