They have a professional sales team that serves architects, builders, and project owners with indoor and outdoor stone-related suggestions and ideas.
Role Description:
The Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role located in Karachi, with some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, making customer visits, conducting site visits, providing consultation and advice to customers, and keeping in close contact and follow-up with customers. The Sales Manager will act as a key point of contact for customers and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales management role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the construction, building materials, or mining industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing, or a related field
