Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Massify in Islamabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze sales data, identify market trends, and collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Sales Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities, conduct outreach, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively address client needs and answer inquiries.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, real estate market, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions using CRM systems and other tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including senior sales staff and marketing teams, to support overall sales efforts and campaigns.
- Training & Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
