Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at MEDICAIDS Pharma. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets. Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build effective customer relationships
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant sales certifications or training a plus
