Role Description
This full-time, on-site position as a Sales Manager in Lahore involves managing and motivating the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales strategies
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales forecasting techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Additional certification or training in sales management is a plus
