Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
  • Past experience in BPO Sales Industry

On-site, Day Shift Job

Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

This role specifically involves On-site Day shift duties and requires your presence at our office conveniently located near Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi.
