Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and proposing tailored solar solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, providing technical expertise to clients and internal teams.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals, including system design, cost estimates, and financial analysis.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to enhance our market position.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of solar installations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in solar sales, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong technical background in solar energy systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and permitting processes.
