About the Company:

Job Role:
The Sales Manager-Solar will be responsible for leading and managing the sales of solar products and solutions for residential and commercial customers. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, overseeing a sales team, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, and representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development of solar products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of solar products, system designs, and ROI calculations.
- Experience in managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and achieving goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
