Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Karachi, Pakistan for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years successful experience in sales or similar role
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of solar energy products and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
