Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Gujrāt, and Gujranwala with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and achieving sales goals, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers. In addition, the Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
- Experience in the Manufacturing and ERP industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
