Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager with technical expertise in Solar and Generator industry. Responsible for leading sales team, developing business strategies, and ensuring successful sales implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective sales strategies for business growth.
- Execute sales strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
- Build strong client relationships; provide tailored solutions.
- Create compelling proposals and accurate quotations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Possess in-depth technical knowledge of solar and generator systems.
- Provide pre-sales technical support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Conduct market research for business expansion.
- Prepare and present sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance against targets.
- Understand tender processes; prepare and submit documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field.
- 3+ years sales experience in Solar and Generator industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar and generator systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
