Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Ukits in Karachi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also provide sales training and monitor market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Relevant certifications like Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Manager (CSM) are a plus
