Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of Sales and Business Development prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. This is a sales role for our B2B professional services and software products, which include (but are not limited to):
- Payroll outsourcing
- Employer of Record/Contract Staffing
- Various portals for financial services, HR solutions, etc
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. The primary emphasis shall be on developing a customer base outside Pakistan.
- Building a partner network for B2B sales.
- Be self-motivated and have a flare for sales.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
