Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager under report to Area Sales Manager at Walkeaze. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales team performance, setting sales targets, developing business strategies, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Sales Team Management and Performance Evaluation experience
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Building skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
