Job Description

Role Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager to join our team at Kassim Denim. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to formulate and execute effective sales strategies and marketing programs. The role involves managing and expanding the company’s sales pipeline, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and marketing programs
- Proven experience in managing and building a sales pipeline
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Management software
- Preferably holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the apparel or denim industry is a prerequisite
- Prior exposure to international travel
- Capability to independently handle international and local clients
