Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Margalla Motors, you play a crucial role in connecting customers with their dream Suzuki vehicles. With your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills, you will contribute significantly to our dealership’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable Suzuki vehicles.
- Provide detailed product information to potential buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Suzuki’s product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to secure sales.
- Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to ensure seamless transactions.
- Follow up with customers to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Attend training sessions and stay informed about industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of Suzuki vehicles or a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus.
